Lack of sleep can have significant consequences on physical and mental health, hence the importance of taking a 20-minute nap during the day.

According to a 2020 survey , the average sleep time for adults is 6 hours and 41 minutes on weekdays and 7 hours and 51 minutes on weekends or holidays.

More than 8 out of 10 French people wake up at least once a night with a wake time of around 32 minutes (are you wondering if you're getting enough rest? We explain everything in our article ).

Even though napping is a natural need, only 41% of us take one at least once a week. This nap lasts an average of one hour.
